Use of Services

AstroSEVA provides astrology software tools for generating horoscope reports, numerology, and related services. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information

Credits and Payments

AstroSEVA operates on a credit-based system. Certain features and services require the purchase and use of credits.

  • Credits are required to access paid features, including horoscope generation and related services
  • Credits once purchased are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • Credits are subject to defined usage limits and/or validity periods
  • Credits expire after a specified period from the date of purchase
  • Unused credits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash
  • Credits have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances
  • AstroSEVA reserves the right to modify pricing, credit value, or usage rules at any time
  • AstroSEVA reserves the right to suspend or revoke credits in cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All purchases made on AstroSEVA, including credits and related services, are subject to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Credits and Digital Services

  • All credit purchases are final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed
  • Credits cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged for cash or any other form of value
  • Unused credits are non-transferable and remain in the user account until expiry (if applicable)
  • AstroSEVA reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the platform

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error
  • Payment deducted but credits not credited to the user account

In such cases, users must contact support within a reasonable time with valid transaction details. AstroSEVA reserves the sole discretion to approve or reject any refund request based on verification of the claim.

No Refund for Used Services

Once any service has been accessed or any credit has been used, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

Cancellation

Since AstroSEVA provides instant-access digital services, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.

Processing

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Fair Usage Policy

AstroSEVA operates under a fair usage policy to ensure consistent performance, reliability, and equitable access to all users.

  • Users must use the platform in a reasonable and non-abusive manner
  • Excessive usage that negatively impacts system performance or other users is not permitted
  • Automated usage, including bots, scripts, or bulk generation of reports beyond normal human usage, is prohibited unless explicitly authorized
  • Credits are intended for genuine usage and not for resale, redistribution, or misuse
  • AstroSEVA reserves the right to monitor usage patterns to detect abuse or unusual activity
  • AstroSEVA may impose rate limits or usage restrictions to prevent system overload or abuse
  • High-volume or commercial usage beyond normal limits may require prior approval or a separate agreement
  • Accounts found engaging in abuse, excessive load generation, or policy violations may be limited, suspended, or terminated without prior notice

AstroSEVA reserves the right to enforce usage limits, restrict access, or take corrective action to maintain platform stability and service quality.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful or harmful activities
  • Misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform
  • Resell or redistribute reports without authorization
  • Use automated systems to abuse the service
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate AstroSEVA software or calculation methods
  • Use the platform to provide competing services without authorization

Intellectual Property

All content, software, and generated outputs provided by AstroSEVA are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

Service Availability

We strive to ensure uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

AstroSEVA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including reliance on astrology reports or outputs.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

Third-Party Services

AstroSEVA may integrate third-party services such as payment gateways. We are not responsible for their performance or policies.

Changes to Terms
